Your practice list may have become corrupted when you upgraded from Medisoft v11 or older. When you try to add a new practice, you get the error \"Cannot create a new set of data...\". Medisoft will otherwise work just fine except you cannot create a new practice. You can correct this without the help of a VAR. Just find the MWDBLIST.ADT file and move it out of your Medidata folder. The next time you start up Medisoft a new and good MWDBLIST.ADT file will be created and then you can proceed to add your practices back to the list again.
