Having trouble registering your Medisoft on Windows Vista?

Try this: Right click on the Medisoft icon and select \"Run as Administrator\".Then you should be able to register Medisoft. Medisoft tries to write to some files that a standard Vista user is not allowed to write to during the registration process.
