I did that but still cannot see the Encoder Pro tab there. There is a space between cancle & help tab but Encoder tab is not there.

Munawar, if you are using Encoder Pro 2006 with Medisoft v10, then you can click this Encoder Pro 2006 Update.

Also, if you are getting an error message such as \"Medisoft Encoder Pro must be registered through Medisoft\" when you first startup Medisoft, then the buttons will not display until the module is registered.

can you kindly tell me how to register module. right now my both Medisoft & Encoder pro is registered in medisoft.

I think that there is command like register /epax or epax /register kindly let me know the correct command to register

If it is registered in Medisoft, then you don't need to register it again. If it is not registered, then the error message will pop-up whenever you lauch Medisoft.
