MPIC V2 Unable to create HL7 file

Trying to switch from Comm Mgr to MPIC so we can upgrade to Medisoft V19.
My problem that seems that MPIC-V2 is unable to open the Advantage database table in the Practice.
Here is the problem part of the log:

MPIC v2.0 requires Medisoft v19. MPIC v2.1 requires Medisoft v19 sp1.

Thank you Gavin for the quick reply.
I tried the V19SP1 with MPIC v2.1 still getting the same error.

I think my Connection's Shared DB Settings are probably incorrect.
Server Name(Path): \\JPA-Server\P
Database Name: Medidata
UserID: Medisoft UserID (also tried Windows administrator)
Password: pwd for above user

Any other thoughts?

Gavin,
I was hoping to get it on my own. I did setup the servers and previous installations/upgrades.
Hopefully, they are not holding some database access passwords from the end users.
Appreciate you're being available when most resellers/support aren't.
