You should also find an Encoder Pro button when you edit a diagnosis code and also when you search for a procedure or diagnosis code in transaction entry (press F6 to search). On the search window, the Encoder Pro button is between the OK and Cancel buttons.

In RegEdit correct the default value of
HKCR\\CLSID\\{012F1861-6FF5-11D2-9A98-00A024EA68A9}\\LocalServer32In my case I changed it to:
C:\\Program Files\\NDCMedisoft10\\Bin\\epax.exe
Change yours to whereever your EPAX.EXE is installed.
