Charges are missing in Transaction Entry window

We have seen a few instances where charges may appear to be missing when the Transaction Entry window is open. This has happened when the Payments, Adjustments, And Comments section of Transaction Entry has been expanded to take up the entire window.
Typically, this may happen when logging into a terminal server with a large monitor that has a high resolution, then later logging into that same server with a much smaller monitor with a lower resolution. However, it may also be caused by swapping monitors on a computer or changing the resolution of that computer.
