MediSoft Work Administrator Disappears

Hello,

One of our end users currently can't access Work Administrator. When she tries to open it, it flashes the top of window (blue bar) and then instantly disappears, yet the icon on the taskbar is there.

What can we do to fix this?

We came to the conclusion it was her server account is corrupt. Issued a new account and everything worked fine.
