Medical Connect gives Index out of bounds error

When starting up Medical Connect, you may be given an error that says 'Index out of bounds'. In order to resolve this error, do the following:

    - Browse to your Medisoft Bin folder. This is typically located in 'C:\\Program Files\\Medisoft' on Windows XP and earlier, and 'C:\\Medisoft' on Windows Vista.

    - Find the 'NDCMC.ini' file and rename it to 'NDCMC.old'. Make sure you have 'Hide extensions for known file types' unchecked before renaming this file. You can find this option under 'Tools' --> 'Folder Options' --> 'View'.
