Revenue Management v3.1711.12111.172 Slow

We are using MSA v17.SP2 with Revenue Management v3.1711.12111.172

Our problem is that since the latest update of RM, submitting claims and receiving remits now takes several minutes when it used to take a few seconds.

Is this a clearinghouse issue or is there some thing new in preferences that has changed?

We are using high speed Comcast cable and our upload speed is 5mb/s and download is 20mb/s.

Anyone experiencing similar issues? Its seems like lately it is a crapshoot with these RM updates.

What clearinghouse are you using? I use McKesson's RelayHealth and it can frequently take up to a minute or 75 secs to complete a 'submit,' from the moment I click 'send' to the time the 'receiving' screen pops up and lets me know it went thru. It happens anytime, including at odd hrs on weekends and holidays. McKesson tech support always has the same answer: 'Oh, yeah, one of our server's had a problem.' Never gets resolved.
