Medisoft Advanced 17 error while running reports

We have been trying to run various reports under Medisoft Advanced Version 17 and it does not work. The program does not give any respone when we click on preview or print report. It does tell us that we must "Install Medisoft before continuing" when clicking on the export option. This applies to all the standard reports like Standard Patient Reports and Collection Reports.

Try installing Medisoft Advanced v17 sp3.1 (search the forum here if you don't have it) and the first time you launch Medisoft select "Yes to All" when prompted about the reports.

The issue with the export function is a known issue with Medisoft. On some computers it works fine and others will give the error that you report. I have seen this on Windows 7 Pro 32-bit. What operating system is yours?
