Facility is not being captured

I had no problems so far with facilities - box 32 on CMS-1500. Medicare required that box to be filled even though it was the same address as the provider. So far so good with Medicare claims. The facility is being transmitted on Loop 2310D. And all other facilities such as hospitals etc with their separate NPIs is working fine.
Recently VNS Choice required the facility on electronic claims - which in my case is the same as the provider's. It is working on paper when I print it however when I try to submit it electronically Loop 2310D is not submitting. What am I doing wrong. The same problem with all my other 10 providers with commercial carriers. Medicare is working fine.
I spent all day today trying various combinations - facility with 77 or FA, with NPI, without NPI nothing is working. Am I the only one who is having this problem?

On ANSI 5010 the service facility is loop 2310C.

Hi Gavin. Medicare is the only insurance that the facility is working. Is showing under Loop 2310D under TechView. "Medisoft help" says it is moved to 2310C but not in my computer. I tried again this morning for all commercial carriers and it is not showing anywhere. It seems that I do not have loop 2310C. Is it suppressed somewhere and not popping in the TechView?
When Jim was helping me with the set up of V-17 back in November, he warned me to check TechView to see if things were transmitted correctly.

It sounds like you are still sending ANSI 4010 claims. You need to switch to ANSI 5010. This topic contains a link on how to setup Medisoft for ANSI 5010.
