Medisoft ver17 error 7079 after adding new user

We installed pc-ace pro32 and it required us to create a user and password for medisoft. After we did this we get the 7079 error no matter which user name and password combination we try (sysadmin or the new user).

There is a problem with your data dictionary. You'll need to work with a qualified technician to repair it. We charge $200 for this sort of repair.
