We are having trouble uploading to MCare Palmetto using RM direct connect. It dials up and connects to Palmetto but it gives us an error "didn't ask for password!" We were able to submit claims last week. I have tried differenct computers and different practices and still get the same error. Not sure if this is a RM script error or a Palmetto problem.
