Transactions not showing up in the Statement

When I click on "Activities/Statement Manager", and select the statements I want to print, some of the transactions for the patient aren't showing up in the statement, but the charges and payments *are* tallied. I'm attending school and using the demo version 16, service pack 1.

Our grades depend on being able to print complete and accurate statements. Please help.

Try going to File -> Program Options -> Billing tab and check Standard Statement Detail Only and Remainder Statement Detail Only and see if that helps.
