not responding cant get into medisoft

hi gavin i keep getting this error message not responding and then my arrow pointer keeps going in circles (im dizzy) please helpm i cant get into medisoft whats going on

This can often happen if you have an incompatible program running. Here are a few that we have found:
Google Chrome, some anti-virus, some instant messaging programs, and even Practice Partner. Usually, when the offending program is closed, then Medisoft will start right up.

Start Medisoft first. Then you can use Chrome all you want.
