error 7077 advantage data dictionary can not be open

I purchase brand new computer with window 7 professional. There is no other software inside. I purchase Medisoft advance V17 4 5months ago.This is first time I have installed on computer.while opening sofware I am getting error 7077 advantage data dictionary can not be open and it stops. I asked Tech support. They say it is more than 30 days which they did not tell me when I purchase. They should give tech support after installing the software. I do not know more in computer . Please help me step by step

Uninstall anything related to Advantage on that computer. Medisoft Advanced does not require nor work with Advantage.
