AVAILITY BLUNDER???

ok so i sent my first batch of 5010 claims that were denied because of the decimal when entering dx codes like (786.05) THEY (availity) SAID DO NOT ENTER THE DECIMAL.
my question i have been entering charges but have not made claims yet.Is there any easy way to go back and take all the decimals of the dx codes so i can send them HELP thanks

If setup properly, Medisoft v17 and Revenue Management is supposed to strip out the decimal point. Can you paste in your exact error message while "X"ing out anything that would identify a particular patient?

my software vendor remotely changed what they needed they didnt read everything apparently that they needed to change 5010 thanks so much gavin
