Deposit List inaccessible

We have Medisoft 16 on our computers here at school. I recently did a successful install on one of my computers. Everything works fine, except when you go to the Deposit List icon, or try to access it through the Activities tab, nothing comes up. I have confirmed that payments are showing in the patient accounts, but nothing happens when you try to access the Deposit list. I tried uninstalling Medisoft, as well as MediData, and did a new install. It made no difference. I tried doing updates, but still no success. Any ideas?

Did you check the option "Show All Deposits"?

Good thought, but it actually doesn't show ANYTHING. Doesn't give us any options, etc. Just a page with nothing on it. Any other ideas? I have never seen this behaviour before. I did try poking around to see if I could find any unusual settings. When I click on the "Windows" tab, on the bottom it show a check mark, and then "0 ) Deposits"

Hmm, did you upgrade from Medisoft Basic? The Basic edition of Medisoft does not have a Deposit List.
