GLOBAL PERIOD

some of my claims are getting the error message this charge is within the global period .I dont have any global periods set up in this system where is this coming from and how do i shut it off to send my claims thanks gavin

In Revenue Management go to Configure -> Insurance -> Assign Edits. Uncheck Global Periods for the given Insurance company.
