Medisoft v17 SP2: Payment entered in transaction entry. Payment shows up in payment/deposit window. When printing the deposit report from the payment/deposit window, the payment is not on the report.
At first glance, I thought that perhaps it was an unapplied payment. This is not the case. Do you know what it could be?
