I tired to send a claim to Medicare with Relyhealth with Medisoft Advanced 17. I am getting an error message stating that The Billing Provider, Practice Address, City, zip code are missing. The error message refers to ANSI REF=2010AA_N(2).

This pulls from the either the Practice address or the Provider address depending on whether you are filing claims as a group or individual. Be sure to enter Zip+4 without the dash.
