Free Medisoft Tech Help- Medisoft V26, Medisoft Clinical EHR & More- Courtesy Support Resource

We recently installed Medisoft Network Pro w/ Office Hours in a Win XP environment. All workstations & servers (Win Server 2003) installs work fine, except one XP machine. Medisoft works okay, but Office Hours closes after login. Event log reads:

We have downoladed & installed all available MS updates, run the registry cleaner, uninstalled & reinstalled Medisoft, 'repaired' the .NET installations, all to no avail. Problem persists. Any suggestions?

Do you have Windows XP SP3? That is required for Medisoft v17.

Yes; Windows XP version 2002, Service Pack 3

Since it is a .NET error, remove very last .NET install, old and new.

Install Medisoft again, which loads 3.5 .NET (which includes .NET 2.0).

Stop firewall, anitivirus and see what happens.
