Version 12 and odd display

Post by gulu75 » Mon Jul 25, 2011 2:54 pm

Hi Gavin,

Quick question for you. On my Medisoft (was working normally Friday) V12...on the far right of the screen where the column with Charges, Adjustments, Subtotal, Payment, Balance and Account Total are located---no numbers are coming up no matter what Date of service I go to. The Account total is there but none of the other numbers to support it. It is only happening on my computer; the other satellites are fine.

Any input?? THANK YOU in advance for all that you do!!

Make sure Calculate Totals on the opposite corner of the screen is checked. (The checkbox was moved closer to the fields it controls on later versions of Medisoft).

Thank you Mr. Genius....I really really appreciate it....now for a question in regards to upgrading with MMS....

Currently on Medisoft V12 and Soapware.......what is the most economical way to upgrade to V17/V18----do I need to upgrade to both or can I wait for 18...I know on Jan 2012 codes will change---so am I FORCED to upgrade TWICE within 1 year.....

Also is Medisoft 17/18 going to be able to integrate with Soapware 2011 via X-Link....

Thanks again!!!

The answer to that question will depend on how you are currently doing your electronic claims.

X-Link IS compatible with Medisoft v17. I am sure X-Link has plans to support Medisoft v18, but I can't promise that until the product is released. You will also need to find out what, if anything, you will need to do to Soapware.
