MMedisoft v14 SP1 "grid index out of range"

I'm working with a client that has medisoft v14 SP1 and a week ago she started to get grid index out of range error. Also when I did get into office hours the time and date went back to 1996. I tried to figure it out but I can't get it to work. Does anyone have an idea on what it could be.

What you will want to look for is appointments or breaks that occur outside your appointment window. Also, you will want to look for appointment lengths that are not multiples of the minimum appointment increment.

The tricky thing is, not every appointment that breaks the above rules will cause problems.

Another possible cause of this is corrupt data. If you cannot find the bad appointment in your appointment list, then you will need to work with a Medisoft value added re-seller who can work on Medisoft v14 data for you.
