Does the provider send as individual or group?

Hey good news. If you want to transfer your Optum account under us, we can then provide FREE electronic claims support and we can work with you directly on this issue. If you want to do this, private message me. We should have the same prices as what you are already paying.

If you are billing as individual why are they sending Group in 33? Are you using Revenue Management?

I called a medicaid rep and he said being Dr's medicaid provider number is linked to both his individual npi and the group npi we can use either npi in box 33A and being the group npi was already set to show there it would be easier to just leave it there but box 24j does have to be empty thank you for your help

That's weird. If they really want it blank, go into the provider ids grid and setup an override for Medicaid and leave the NPI # blank.

The only way I can see doing this would be a custom Iguide for revenue management.
