Is there a way to attach an op report to a claim that is being sent over electronically via Change?

Hi Ali, you could go over to the Case Diagnosis tab and fill out the Report Type Code, Transmission Code, and Attachment Control number. Use AA for transmission code and then in Attachment Control Number enter a value that will help you look up the attachment quickly if they ever request it.

I might need to see up a time to go over this with a tech. It sounds like I need to get my scanner set up with Medisoft?
I have carriers that want op reports and I've had to send claims on paper.

No Ali, the transmission code AA means the attachment is available upon request. You send the attachment control number that will help you look up the attachment if it is ever requested. The insurance will include the attachment control number with their request.
