Claim not transmitting

Hello
I've got a claim that will not transmit or print. When I create the claims, this single claim is showing a 0 in the batch number field under claims management. I've entered the charges/patient info just as I have the others. Your help is appreciated. All the other claims are showing up with a batch number.
