Failed Transaction Error: Could not process requested input

After relocating to another state with a different Medicare FI and creating a new practice, I am trying first to test my EDI submissions to Change Health by simply verifying eligibility before I attempt to send claims. However, when trying to verify, I am getting an error titled: "Failed Transaction: 1000300419 Could not process requested input"
Is there a simple fix to this anyone can suggest?
