Medicare payment deposited into acct but remit never came through to mailbox

I noticed a specific Medicare payment was deposited into the acct designated to receive EDI transfers from them but its corresponding remittance never appeared on either Connect Center or Collaboration Compass before or after the transaction date. Similarly, it also never came through my Medisoft Revenue Mgr reports download. So, I cannot even re-queue it into my mailbox since it isn't anywhere to be found. Are there any other work arounds I'm missing that I can try so I can keep the bookkeeping straight?
