Eligibility loop

I have a new problem with Medisoft Version 22. For some reason all of a sudden the eligibility screen starts shows up & not just one it's keeps doing it over & over again. I can't seem to stop it. Sometimes it stops after maybe 50 times other times it just keeps going & I had to reboot my computer. What can this be???
