Revenue Management Log in Error

we recently had to move our Medisoft Advanced V19 (clearing house is Relay Health) to a different PC and all went ok till I went to send a claim and it keeps saying Send Error Occurred, Login info is missing or invalid. But I am logged into Medisoft and revenue management, what could be causing this issue?

Anyone on Medisoft v19 or v20 will need to reinstall the Java security patch that RelayHealth issued every time they reinstall Medisoft. Did you install that? If you move your RelayHealth support under us, then we'll get your electronic claims going again through RelayHealth for FREE.
