Revenue mnagement error

Hey,

I have recently uninstalled and reinstalled Medisoft (both V 19) on my system and since then I am unable to send claims and not able to receive remits or reports. It gives an error message. "secure file transfer client IO exception client exited with 74" Please shelp.

Are you submitting claims through RelayHealth? If so, then you need to get with your ReleayHealth VAR about updating a security certificate on your computer and then re-submitting your claims since 11/10/2016.

We submit claims thru Capario (change healthcare) and the jar file is updated as well.

Change Healthcare required a change to the URL as well. Did you change :lol: that?

This could mean your firewall is blocking the connection to Change Healthcare's server on port 1023.
