I do know know if this has been done to my Medisoft system or not. I keep getting reminders from Emdeon (our clearinghouse) that we need the latest ip/url or we won't be able to send/receive claims/eras.
When I asked them about this, they said the following:
Without updating the IP that is currently in the comm session in Revenue Management to the new URL and replacing the existing jar file to the new jar file you will not be able to transmit claims, receive reports or ERA's
My previous support company said not to worry about it, that as long as i was currently sending everything without a problem, I'd be fine. But, Emdeon makes it sound like it is a future issue, not a current one.
How/where can I check in my system to see if this new url is inputted? I see a Communications section under Configure in the Revenue Mgmt box. Do I look under RElay Health? (I am using V19 of Medisoft btw)
