Hello RelayHealth customers,
On July 11, 2008 RelayHealth sent a notification that they would be upgrading their system. (Please see below Memo for details) This upgrade requires that those of you using the RelayHealth electronic claim modules connect to a new web address to send claims, receive reports and ERA files. Medisoft and Lytec RelayHealth EDI Module has been updated to connect to the new Web Address. You can download the updated EDI Module from the Knowledge Base by selecting the below web link.

* Medisoft 11 and Lytec 2007 is a beta install. A Release should be available in the next 7-10 business days. Please check back on Knowledge Base Article # 132167 (Lytec 2007) and Knowledge Base Article # 132164 (Medisoft 11) for a release version of the module.
Update Sent on July 25, 2008: To assure your facility does not lose connectivity to the RelayHealth clearinghouse as of August 15, 2008, please forward this information to the Technical Professionals or IT staff at your facility. If these upgrades and changes are not made prior to August 15, 2008, connectivity may be lost.

In an ongoing effort to improve our transaction services and to provide our customers with continued world-class customer service, RelayHealth is implementing a network upgrade which will take effect August 18, 2008.
