Migrating to a new machine

I imagine many people will be upgrading their hardware before year's end as they move to Medisoft 17 and its higher requirements of RAM and processor speed. What is the best and most foolproof way -- not to say the least troublesome -- to make this transition?

Stick with 4GB RAM and Windows 7 Pro. Stay away from Sempron or Celeron processors, and get a processor with 2 or more cores. We sell a Medisoft Workstation or Laptop for $750 staged with Medisoft v17 if you need it.
