Rather than relying only on the demographic information provided by the patient, use Electronic Eligibility to check the insurance eligibility of all patients on your schedule each night before they even arrive for thier visit the next day. This way you can gather the necessary information from the patient during their office visit rather than getting a denial after the fact.
With Electronic Eligibility, you can also check the eligiblity of a patient within a matter of seconds by clicking the Eligibility button within the patient's Case record. Electronic Eligibility requires the signup of addtional services and Medisoft v10 or higher.
