Charges should be posted daily and reviewed prior to submission to ensure clean and accurate claims are submitted. This will reduce possible future payment errors and appeals.

One report you should be running is the Patient Day Sheet. This report can be run daily to show what you entered that day and can be balanced against your superbill, charge logs, or your appointment schedule. You can also preview your claims on the screen within claims management to visually inspect what you are going to submit to the insurance carrier. Finally we have written a custom report to verify you primary insurance claims within Focus Reports that will show you what you are going to bill in a more compact format than a standard claim report.
