Recently moved from v12 advanced to v16sp1 advanced. Screen size and settings(sort order preferences) aren't remembered when reopening screens like previous versions, any suggestions?

I need to do something to keep the spam robots at bay.
Your issue is a known issue with Medisoft. They had it fixed on one service pack, but now it is broken again.
