Coincidentally right after updating RM last evening, I performed a 'Get Reports' routine this morning after submitting a new claim last night and received the following error when clicking open the "Functional Acknowledgement" 997 report:
"Unable to load the IG!"
...then after clicking OK, I got:
"Error applying the IG to Interchange #68"
It then gave me the 997 screen as a blank report w/o the specific claim that would normally appear under 'Functional Acknowledgement.'
However, all remaining reports (i.e, Accepted, Excluded claims, etc.) came thru fine so at least I was able to tell the earlier claim was transmitted properly.
Any suggestions?
