Medisoft V16 to V17 Upgrade

I am running Medisoft V16 with Office Hours Pro. I have received V17 from MedTech. Is there any reason not to upgrade?
Also, are there any issues I need to be aware of before upgrading, or just insert the CD and follow the prompts?

We have not had any major issues. The most annoying issue we are having is troubles getting it registered. There are no Office Hours Pro serials any more, so don't enter it. If you get stuck, enter 28280123456789 in Office Hours field for Network Pro. Enter 21210123456789 for other editions of Medisoft. Also, sometimes it won't register automatically, so you have to go to http://www.medisoft.com to register it. Sometimes it will instruct you to go to Lytec.com, which is incorrect.

We are expecting service pack 1 by the end of next month or maybe March. The release is primarily geared towards ARRA certification with the Medisoft Clinical product and not so much on bug fixes.
