CMS - 1500(Primary) report for Officejet 6310xi

I've got a user with an Officejet 6310xi. After our upgrade to Network Pro v16 I have been unable to modify the CMS - 1500(Primary) report to print correctly. I've tried adjusting Margins, the Offset, Band Height and of course moving the fields manually. By any chance does anyone have one of these printers and created a report that will print correctly on a claim form? Or, any ideas on something else I can try with Medisoft Reports?

This knowledgebase article contains step-by-step instructions to line up a claim form in Medisoft. It should work on any printer. We have run into some printers that print too wide of a margin at the bottom of the page. If that is the case, you might look for a feature called borderless printing and turn that function on. OK, I just discovered that McKesson pulled the knowledgebase article that this post used to refer to. Here is a link to an old newsletter that says the same thing, it just lacks the screenshots that were in the KB article. This newsletter was from back in 1998 and it still applies today. That shows how little some things have changed in Medisoft.
