Error Printing a Claim after upgrading to Medisoft v16

If you get the error message: “The field Pin Number is missing. Please modify the report.” , try this:

After upgrading to Medisoft v16 old report templates that referenced the PIN field will need to be modified to not use those fields. Alternatively, you may use a canned report that comes with Medisoft and redo the customizations.

Is there a step by step process on how to modify the report to not use those fields? Thanks!

If you open Medisoft and press F1 for help. Look up the topic CMS 1500 Report Changes with Medisoft 16. This topic lists all the fields that need to be changed on report templates that were created prior to version 16.
