Patient Statements not generating

Hi,

We have Medisoft 22 SP1. Print Patient Statement is selected in case. Patient primary has paid and marked as Complete. There is no secondary.

In Statement Management Create Statements is not generating any statement.

Please what to do here

The first thing you should do is look through the list of statement records to see if there is already a statement record for this service already. Make sure you go to List Only button and clear the option to exclude Done statements. Then, are you generating Remainder Statements or Standard Statements?

Then likely insurance has not paid and been marked complete. If you run Billing/Payment Status report on that chart, what does that show?
