I have an individual provider that bills DBA her group name. She has one NPI that is registered under her name, and not her group. How do I set this up in medisoft? As an individual provider, or group? And where do I put the DBA name?

I think you would bill this as an individual , but setup the DBA address in the provider's address. It might also be appropriate to setup the DBA address in the practice pay to address.
