Medisoft 21 cannot print receipts or claims

Hi, I had to downloaded Medisoft 21 to a new computer (old computer was damaged in a hurricane). But I cannot print patient receipt or claims. Error message reads Error 7200, error 5154 (execution of stored procedure failed) and more. Where in the DIY can I find help on this. Or can someone assist.

Sound like you also have data corruption. You can try using the Copy Data tables function in MediUtils to fix this otherwise you can work with your value added reseller or us to repair your data.
