Print Image Claims no longer supported by Medisoft v27

It has come to my attention that print image claims are no longer supported by Medisoft v27. You may get the error "The Program File field for this Receiver needs to be specified."
You will need to setup your Medisoft Revenue Management to send claims in ANSI 5010 format instead.
