Medisoft Reports

I am not able to find a report that would be populated based on a certain day and include at least patient name, cpt codes and dx codes. I can get everything but dx codes in my reports. I have Medisoft V20

The closest report I can think of is the Patient List by Primary Diagnosis Code, but I can't remember what version of Medisoft this report was released on. It would be under Reports > Standard Patient Lists > Patient by Diagnosis is you have it.

Otherwise, are looking at a custom report for you, if you can mock it up and send us what you want.
