Medisoft App on Ipad

When patients sign form on the app, where do they show up in the Medisoft program please?
I do not have Medisoft Clinical

Hello, open the Patient's case and click the Patient Intake button. If that particular patient/case combo had never filled out a patient intake, then the button will be grayed out.
