The report that comes up in Office Hours for the Appt list (Report menu, Appointment List) is there a way in version 9 to change what data is pulled & printed? Or do you have to design a custom report?

If you go to Reports -> Design Custom Reports and Bills there is an appointment list that you can modify. It is not the exact same report that is run from the menu, but it is similar.

Is there some reason I cant modify that particular report?

McKesson never made that report template available for edit. Sorry!
