We are running into issues for those that have large fonts turned on in Windows. The fields for Customer Account ID and Customer Name overlap the labels for these fields and also, the OK button to proceed may not be visible.

Method 1 - change your font scaling to 100%, enter your Account Registration information and then change it back if you need to.

Method 2 - Enter Customer Account ID in the top field, Customer Name in the bottom field and then press tab once and then Enter.
